Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has applied for financing from ADB toward the cost of Strengthening Regional Health Security Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for G-01 Laboratory Equipment & Reagents that comprises the following lots. Bidders can bid for any number of the Lots OR for all Lots. Each lot shall be evaluated separately, and the contract award will be made on a lot-by-lot basis. However, Bidders must submit bids for 100% of the items as indicated in each of the respective Lots.
- LOT 01: Hematology Equipment, Reagents and Quality Control Solutions
- LOT 02: Biochemistry & Immunochemistry Equipment, Reagents and Quality Control Solutions
- LOT 03: General Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Consumables
- LOT 04: Microbiology Equipment and Reagents
Open Competitive Bidding (International advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
