FAO issues this Invitation to bid for the Procurement of Network Recabling/ Upgrade (Supply and Installation of Cat6 structured cabling)

1. Full technical proposal
2. 42U Server Rack with below specs · Front Door – Perforated, locking · Rear Door – Perforated split, locking · Side Panels – Solid split, locking · Roof – High density cable entry · Low profile caster and leveling feet · PDU / Cable Management Brackets
3. Total of 70 network points as per below schedule to be verified during site visit
4. Network Map/Diagram of proposed cabling structure in VSD and PDF.
5. Additional 1 drum CAT6E cabling to cater for any eventuality
6. 50 x 2m patch cords
7. 50 x 5m fly leads
8. Trunking, Patch Panels, Brush Tidy cable management strips, Accessories to be included in the technical Proposal
9. Brands and country of manufacture of all products to be specified
10. Warranties of installed products to be stated
11. Warranty on workmanship to be specified
12. Removal and disposal of all old network cabling
