Information Security Training and Awareness Solution

Item Description:

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (“Court”) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of an information security training and awareness solution to assist in the development and improvement of an effective level of information security awareness amongst staff of the Court.

In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms or vendors.

Information Security Training and Awareness Solution

Summary of needs:

The Court wishes to implement a vendor-supplied information security training solution, providing a mixture of standard and bespoke training materials published in both digital and physical formats, in several official languages, to its staff based The Hague, The Netherlands and in remote offices located throughout the world.

The Court envisages the solution to comprise a combination of functions including:

• The ability to deliver online training and awareness materials to staff at HQ and in the field
• The ability to deliver training in English and French (additional languages would be considered)
• The ability to deliver awareness materials in other formats (posters, emails, videos, newsletters, etc.
• The ability to monitor and track the progress of staff in completing their training.
• A “phishing” simulator and reporting tool

The Court further envisages the training materials (content) to comprise:

• A series of standard information security / cyber security training subjects
• A series of customised / bespoke information security training subjects specific to the Court’s business and operations
• A series of informative information security awareness subjects to maintain and reinforce learning
