Item Description:
The United Nations is seeking expressions of interest from qualified firms for the Long-Term Supply and Delivery of Aviation Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Mission in Support of the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA).
The requirement includes the Supply and Delivery of Jet A-1 fuel and associated services at the following locations, through existing commercial fuel services (i.e. existing commercial airports):
1) Jordan:
Amman – both international airports (Queen Alia and Marka Airports)
2) Yemen:
i) Sana’a – international airport (El Rahaba Airport)
ii) Aden – international airport
iii) Hudaydah – Helicopter Landing Site, near the port
Occasionally, the Mission may also require Bulk deliveries into Mission’s aviation fuel trucks in all locations listed for Yemen.
3) Djibouti:Djibouti – international airport
4) Saudi Arabia:
i) Riyadh – international airport
ii) Jeddah – international airport
The number of locations is indicative and can vary depending on future Mission’s operational developments.
The UN reserves the right to split the regional requirements into separate contracts or include all the requirements into one single contract.
Note: Full requirements will be provided with the solicitation documents. No further details of the requirements can be provided until the solicitation is issued.
Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation; and the United Nations Procurement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this Request for EOI.
Responding to this Request:
- Interested companies who wish to participate in the upcoming solicitation must complete the Vendor Response Form in full.
- In order to participate in the solicitation, vendor registration should be at least at the Basic Level with the UN Secretariat in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) and is a mandatory requirement. Vendors that are not registered with the UN Secretariat in UNGM cannot be included in the solicitation process. Vendors are referred to the registration information contained on page 5 of this document.
- The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest that are incomplete or are received after the stated deadline.
- Your response must be submitted no later 11:59 p.m. New York Time on the stated deadline date via e-mail as a PDF attachment to grier@un.org
