Item Description:
The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV PU) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of Maintenance and Support for the the United Nations Vienna International Centre (VIC) Access Control System.
Please note that this is not an invitatin/request for submission of a bid/proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Details of the reference samples will be communicated to intrested vendors via the tendering documents.
Interested vendors must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to the attention of the officer named below no later than 30 June 2020. Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full. The UN reserves the right to reject Expression of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline. The UN reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EoI and/or solicitation process.
