The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to Türkiye (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Characteristics of the services to be provided
The contractor must provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure the professional cleaning of the Delegation premises and the Residence.
The Delegation premises comprise a total space of 5484 m2 which includes receptions, hall, corridors, offices, conference room, meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens, doors, archive rooms, storage and parking spots.
