Item Description:
The United Nations University (UNU) is undertaking a Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a Travel Agency to provide the following travel management services to the UNU and any other UN agencies in Japan:-
- Air travel booking and ticketing,
- Train ticketing
- Hotel reservations
- Visa arrangements
- Travel Insurance
- Car rental arrangements
Interested parties are requested to complete and submit the Vendor Response Form not later than 26 October 2022 (3:00 PM Tokyo Time)
Note: This Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. The UNU reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents when issued.
