Procurement of IT equipment

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking offers for various IT Equipment. Your Company is invited to submit an offer in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

REQUIREMENTS 

WHO requires the successful bidder, to provide documents as per the attached detailed list of requirements and specifications.

The successful bidder shall be a company registered in Mongolia and operating in the field of IT equipments and electronics with proven expertise.

The successful bidder will need to provide at least 1 year of warranty period for each item with customer support services that are available in each of the 21 provinces of Mongolia.

Ready to deliver inventory will be prioritised and if any items need to be ordered from overseas, it will need to be provided within 35 days of the signing the purchase order.

Bidders should follow the instructions set forth below in the submission of their offer to WHO.

SUBMISSIONS

Qualified and interested specialists should submit the following documents to the Supply Officer through WP RO UNGM at < wproungm@who.int > by 10 November 2022

• Company Profile {for institutional applications} / Annex 2. Vendor information form
• Technical Offer (see attached template), in addition to the following attachment and below annexes
  • Product specifications (e.g. item catalogue, brochures)
  • Annex 4: Self-Declaration Form
  • Annex 6: Confidentiality undertaking
• Financial Offer (see attached template)
