Supply of laboratory system for testing the quality of organic fertilizer materials and products

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Low Carbon Agricultural Support Project (LCASP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Central Project Management Unit of LCASP (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for contract of laboratory system for testing the quality of organic fertilizer materials and products:

• Lot 1: Equipment for Analysis of microorganisms in fertilizers
• Lot 2: Equipment for analysis of chemicals and biological indicators

Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Bid Submission Sheet.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Invitation for Bids
