Provision of Disposal of IT, Telecommunication, and Audio-Visual Equipment

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

UNPD is requesting expressions of interest from qualified companies with the capabilities to provide the requirements below. The scope of services will include but are not limited to:

1. The Vendor must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the business of disposal of obsolete IT, Telecoms and Audio-Visual equipment.
2. The Vendor must provide professional certifications or other evidence showing that the company is qualified to conduct the required business in New York.
3. The Vendor must possess the necessary expertise and technical capabilities to physically destroy all IT, tele-communications and audio-visual equipment.
4. The Vendor must have the capacity to pick up at least 10 full containers from the UN at once.
5. The Vendor must be able to provide UN with a copy of a “Certificate of Ownership / Transfer” or equivalent as described in the SOW within a week of collection of the items to be for disposed.
