Provision of Diplomatic Pouch Bags

NOTE: Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation; and the United Nations Procurement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this Request for EOI.

INFORMATION:

1. Companies that are interested in participating in the upcoming solicitation must complete the Vendor Response Form below in full.
2. The Vendor Response Form must be submitted as a PDF attachment to the attention of Diane Grier by the deadline indicated above.
3. The UN reserves the right to reject responses to Expressions of Interest that are incomplete or are received after the deadline indicated above.
4. In order to participate in the upcoming solicitation, vendor registration at least at the Basic Level with the UN Secretariat in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) is a mandatory requirement. Vendors that are not registered with the UN Secretariat in UNGM cannot be included in the solicitation process. Vendors are referred to the registration information stated below in this EOI.
5. Your response must be submitted no later 11:59 p.m. New York Time on the stated deadline date via e-mail as a PDF attachment to grier@un.org.
