Construction of Pashta Khan and Garambowad Perennial Irrigation Subproject, Mula River Basin

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a financing from ADB towards the cost of Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Balochistan Irrigation Department (“the Employer”) represented by the Project Director, Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Pashta Khan and Garambowad Perennial Irrigation Subproject, Mula River Basin (“the Works”).

The Works mainly comprise construction of weir and allied structures at Pashta Khan, construction of offtake well at Garambowad, construction of irrigation canal structures, construction of social structures, raising of flood protection bunds, rip-rap works, lining of channels, mechanical works/gates, studs in river. The construction period of the Contract is 24 months.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
