Item Description:
This invitation for tender follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on EBRD website, Procurement Notices on September 1, 2016 8399-GPN-42754.
Croatia Control Ltd (the Employer), has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of its Air Navigation System Upgrade Project.
As part of the Project, Croatia Control Ltd is planning to replace its existing AIS DB system by a new, modern system covering reception, manipulation and display of AIS, MET and FPL information to local and remote users, and distribution of all available information to users taking into account safety and security requirements needed for operating modern ANSP ensuring seamless operation before, during and after transition from existing system. System need to be in compliance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) requirements.
The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from the proceeds of the loan:
