Provision of Catering Services at the United Nations Headquarters, New York

The United Nations is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors for the Provision of Provision of Catering Services and / or Cafe Services at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, United States. The resulting contract is planned to have an initial term of 5 years or longer commencing 1 January 2024.

Companies wishing to be considered should have an established reputation in the field and should be currently engaged in providing catering services to organizations or companies of similar size.

The Contractor is expected to provide full service cafeteria/cafe program at seven different locations within the UN complex serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. Prior to COVID-19 pandemic, there were approximately a million transactions that took place from the various café locations annually.

In addition, the Contractor is also expected to operate an executive-type dining area for official UN functions and receptions hosted by Permanent Missions to the UN and external parties at the Delegates Dining Room.
