Supply and delivery of Excavator, 245 kV and 145 kV Outdoor Switchgears, 145 kV Control and Protection Equipment, 145 kV Substation Clamps and Connectors

The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has applied for financing from the ADB toward the cost of Green Power Development and Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program – Tranche 1 (GPDEEIIP-T1). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) (“the Employer”), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the:

Package 5: Supply and delivery of Lot 4:

• Sub Lot B1: Machineries – Excavator
• Sub Lot C1: 245 kV and 145 kV Outdoor Switchgears
• Sub Lot C2: 145 kV Control and Protection Equipment
• Sub Lot C3: 145 kV Substation Clamps and Connectors

Delivery period is six (6) months from the date of opening of the letter of credit.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
