Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is pleased to invite you to submit a bid in response to this invitation to bid no. LRFQ-2019-9146565 -HP Printers and spare parts.

You are kindly requested to submit your best Proposal to aabudari@unicef.org and dhakim@unicef.org no later than 12:00 HRS Amman Time on 24. February .2019, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

Notes to Bidders:

1. Bidders must be HP Authorized dealer, and must submit HP Authorization letter.
2. All items must be genuine HP part, sealed, with replacement
3. Bidders must provide Commercial registration document
4. Delivery Incoterms: DAP UNICEF MENA RO. Amman, Jordan
5. Delivery Lead-time must be mentioned in the offer.
6. Bidder should also insure owning a maintenance service center
7. this a local RFQ scoping Jordanian market only.
