The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Water Efficiency Improvement in Drought-Affected Provinces Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of water supply piping system and management trade TM18, TM22, TM24 and Scada system of Ninh Thuan province. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ninh Thuan Provincial Agricultural and Rural Development Works Construction Investment Project Management Unit invite eligible Bidders to submit online bids for the works under Package NT-W-02: Construction of water supply piping system and management trade TM18, TM22, TM24 and Scada system of Ninh Thuan province.
National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
