Provision of Oracle Peoplesoft Consultancy Services

Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Oracle Peoplesoft Consultancy Services.

The purpose of this Tender is to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with various companies whose services, employees or consultants are experienced in the skills and technologies described in the Consulting Profile specified in this tender, or who can source such consultants for IFAD, in order to provide Consultancy Services on a “as needed” basis.

The prospective consultants will work with IFAD’s internal ICT Staff, aiming to absorb peaks of development, implementation and maintenance works to be performed and to work on new projects and initiatives. Consultants shall perform these activities either at IFAD headquarters in Rome, Italy or from an offshore environment.
