Item Description:
The Information Technology Division (ICT) is responsible for providing information technology solutions and services to support the operations of IFAD and to ensure that, in fighting rural poverty, IFAD makes the most effective use of Information and Communications Technology tools and services.
IFAD replaced its Legacy System known as Loans & Grants System with FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution (FCUBS) 12.0 Version in November 2013. The Legacy System had been in production for more than 10 years. The objective was to replace the system with a new application that could cater for the Loans and Grant Servicing needed by IFAD and also to enable IFAD to support the future strategic direction of the organization and to bring in automation to current operations.
The purpose of this Tender is to request proposals for a FLEXCUBE Upgrade (Lot 1) and Managed Service (Lot 2) from the potential vendors whose employees or consultants are experienced and have sufficient knowledge in the FLEXCUBE upgrade requirement specified in this tender.
