Item Description:
The European Border and Coast Guard Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Frontex”, being contracting authority is planning to award the public contract referred above. Please be informed that Frontex is an autonomous EU Agency with own legal personality and has therefore its own Financial Regulation. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
The contract objective
Frontex’s objective is to ensure high quality travel desk services for returns supported by the Agency, by concluding a FWC with a professional company, hereinafter ‘the travel agency’. The latter shall provide booking and ticketing services for Member States that organize (forced and voluntary) returns by scheduled flights with Frontex support.
