Procurement of Road Works

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Inclusive Infrastructure for Ethnic Minorities Project I. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Provincial People’s Committee of Binh Dinh (Binh Dinh PPC) represented by Binh Dinh Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Unit (“the Employer”) invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the BD-CW02: Upgrade Road from Dinh Binh lake to the center of Vinh Son commune. Work scale: Repair and upgrade of the traffic work with a total length of 39,524km. In particular, the traffic route from Dinh Binh Lake to Vinh Son commune center is L=37.61km long and the road connecting the road from L7 village to the starting point of route 1 (Dinh Binh Lake) is L=1,914km long.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
