Provision for the lease of high speed digital printing equipment

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

1. Equipment should be newly manufactured (with no used or refurbished parts) digital printing equipment.

2. The vendor is to provide a solution to produce black and white printing of high-quality for an annual output of 30 million page impressions (US letter size).

3. The vendor is to provide a solution to produce color printing of high-quality for an annual output of 6 million page impressions (US letter size).

4. The proposed suite of digital printing equipment must have a fully digital, easy-to-use controller that will serve as a common interface to manage the digital printing equipment. Additionally, the proposed software should have the ability to handle web-based ordering, pre-press and back-end production management within in-house digital printing facilities.

5. Vendor will be required to deliver, install and network all digital printing equipment, and provide all specifications, such as footprint, electrical requirements, cabling, etc. All equipment must be “Energy Star” compliant and must bear the required qualifying seal.
