The Human Rights and Democratization (HRD) Program of the OSCE Mission to Moldova seeks NGO partners in the Republic of Moldova for collaboration toward the program’s objectives of increasing human rights awareness, expanding access to justice, and stimulating civil society development. The HRD Program is seeking NGO partners to assist the program in meeting these objectives through bringing local expertise to the design of its projects and through implementing programmatic activities.
Potential applicants that are interested to receive a complete set of the Prequalification Documents are kindly requested to address to OSCE Mission to Moldova, in electronic form at the following e-mail address: sergiu.goreacioc@osce.org.
Selected NGO’s will be part of Mission’s Roster of Implementing Partners for the next three (3) years.
