Item Description:
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for an upcoming tender which address the following objectives:
WHO’s support to two regions in Italy (Calabria and Emilia Romagna) through:
- Provision of handheld ultrasound device for the use by clinicians in two regions in Italy;
- Provision of after sales such as (but not limited to);
- User and Service Manual including maintenance protocols minimum in English/ Italian language.
- Warranty of at least 2 years with regards efficiency and quality of the product.
- Guarantee of 2 years for spare parts.
- Telephone and email contact for remote support with English/Italian speakers.
- Training for user online
- Technical support (to be provided if possible in online format).
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via an Invitation to Bid (ITB), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
