Supply of Gauzes, Dressings, Orthopaedics and Related Consumables

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

The Contractor selected for Contract award must possess: –

A minimun of three years experience in the manufacture or supply of general medical consumables or similar;

A valid registration of their company in the country of operation;

Quality Management Systems certification: (a) in case the Bidder is the Manufacturer: Bidder must present a valid ISO 13485:2016 or an internationally accepted equivalent; (b) in case the Bidder is NOT a Manufacturer: Bidder must present a valid ISO 9001:2015, or an internationally accepted equivalent for the Bidder Company; and a Valid ISO 13485:2016 or internationally accepted equivalent for all Manufactures for the products they offer. It is noted that all ISO equivalent certificates (if any) should be issued by a competent accreditation authority, NO self-declaration of compliance certificates will be accepted.

Minimum three (3) references from reputable entities/clients (international, outside the country of Bidder operation), with full contact details (name, job title, email, phone number), to which the Bidder is or was (during the last 3 years) supplying the requested Medical Consumables, or items of a similar nature. The UN reserves the right to contact such references to request information on the Bidders’ level of service and quality of goods.
