Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of FRIM Systems at UNAMA, UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites interested companies to express their interest and provide the requested supporting documents to demonstrate their eligibility to participate in the upcoming bidding exercise for the supply, installation, testing an commissioning of FRIM Systems at UNAMA, UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan (EOI/26/2019).

UNAMA required the services of specialized companies to supply, install, test and commission of Field Remote infrastructure monitoring equipment & sensor at UNAMA’s UNOCA. The FRIM equipment and sensor are required to record & monitor Powerhouse KWH, individual Accommodation KWH, Generator Tank Fuel level, fuel consumption, Raw Water production and Waste water production While the nature of activities in this project is primarily of electromechanical in nature it may involve RS 485 & UTP CAT 6 networking works.

This notice is issued only to allow companies/organizations to express their interest. It does not constitute a solicitation, UNAMA reserves the rights to change or cancel the requirement at anytime during EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The tender and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN financial rules and regulations.

Note that the companies that have previously submitted EOI for similar requirements with UNAMA must re-submit full documentation as detailed above.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of bid or proposals. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and meets the EOI criteria in order to be invited to participate in the solicitation when issued.

UNAMA will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest and provided the required information as to their ability to fulfill the UNAMA’s requirements.

More details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors.
