Provision of Principal Recipient (PR) Services in South Sudan

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (“The Global Fund”) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced organizations to assume the role of Principal Recipient in South Sudan for a Malaria grant for the 2021-2023 implementation period.

Pursuant to its Additional Safeguards Policy, the Global Fund is conducting this Principal Recipient selection process in order to transparently select the most suitable entity for the implementation of the contemplated grant.

Applicants will be notified of the outcomes of the review by 15 October 2020. The successful applicant will then proceed to grant-making.

This EOI shall not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. This EOI in no way obligates the Global Fund to award a contract, nor does it commit the Global Fund to pay any costs or expenses incurred in the preparation or submission of proposals.
