Equipment for Jiaogang Lake Rehabilitation and Monitoring Project

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of Anhui Huainan Urban Water Systems Integrated Rehabilitation Project, Part of this financing will be used as payments under contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The China International Tendering Co., Ltd (the Procurement Agent), authorized by implementing agency Maoji District Key Project Construction and Management Bureau (“the Purchaser”), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of goods and related services: Cutter suction dredger and Supporting sludge conveying equipment (1 set), Backhoe platform equipment (1 set), Traffic boat (2 ships), Patrol boat (3 ships), Multifunctional dredger (1 ship), Sludge drying treatment equipment(vehicle mounted) (1 set), Fully automatic water area floating cleaning ship with forward stowing and backward discharging (2 ships), Paddale wheel surface plant harvesting boat (4 ships), Large reed harvester (1 ship), Reed cutting operation ship (1 ship), Fully automatic carrier (1 ship), Shore packer (1 set), Lorry loading crane (1 vehicle), Large excavator (1 set), Small excavator (3 sets), Pipe dredger (1 vehicle), Muck loading vehicle (sludge drying transfer vehicle) (5 vehicles), Truck crane (1 vehicle), Sewage suction truck (1 vehicle), Flat Trailer (1 vehicle) and relevant services. These equipment are required for the regulation and dredging of Maoji experimental area, Jiaogang Lake area and its tributaries.

Delivery period is as follows: 90 days after the signing of the contract.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
