Access to Photo Bank and Provision of Photo Images to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Geneva (re-posting)

Item Description:

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) commonly referred to as the UN Human Rights Office, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified suppliers for the Provision of Photographic images (still photographs), access to photo bank(s) and similar photographic services. The OHCHR Communications Section produces several web feature stories on social media platforms on a daily basis, which all require photos. OHCHR therefore seeks a variety of images depicting news, current affairs, economic, social and human rights issues, as well as conflict situations, hard news, civil and political issues from a wide geographical area, including western, developing countries and the Middle East, to be used for the OHCHR website and social media platforms. OHCHR estimates that i may need approximately 700 images per year. UNOG intends to award a contract to the successful vendor for a period of one (1) year with possibility of extension for an additional year (1+1), at UN option. Vendors should also note that the UNOG is tax exempt. VENDORS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION VIA EMAIL AS PER BELOW TO THE ADDRESSES INDICATED ON THE COVER, ALONG WITH A COMPLETED VENDOR RESPONSE FORM FOR THIS REOI, FAILING WHICH THEIR SUBMISSION MAY BE DISQUALIFIED OR REJECTED.
