Item Description:
The United Nations is requesting a multi-year contract of the printing of its 20-stamp sheet format for its commemorative and definitive stamp issues based on the specifications below. UNPA anticipates using this contract approximately 2-3 times per year based upon the number of stamp issues with this format.The United Nations is requesting the option to use the same security printer if performance is satisfactory for 3 years plus an additional 1+1years. The format for stamp issues will be roughly the same for the duration of the contract. The printing quantities ordered for each issue may vary within +/- 20% of the stated quantity.
