Procurement of Construction Works

Item Description:

The African Development Bank (hereafter designated as “the Bank”) desires to secure the above-mentioned services for its Permanent Country Office based in Lusaka, Zambia. Only legally registered companies that have the competency, capacity and skills to carry out these activities are invited to bid.

The bid documents are available on the Bank’s website, http://www.afdb.org/en/about-us/corporateprocurement/procurement-notices/current-solicitations/. Bidders may also make enquiries at Tender@AFDB.ORG should they encounter problems with downloading or printing of the same bid documents. On all communications, Bidders should state the bid reference number indicated above.

A pre-bid meeting and site visit shall be held on 23 June 2026 :

– site visit : from 9:00 am to 9:45 am (Lusaka local time) at: Stand No. 16852, Corner of Nangwenya and Thabo Mbeki Roads, Mass Media, Lusaka.

– Prebid conference: from 10:00 am at :The African Development Bank Zambia Country Office,6th Floor, ZEP-RE Business Park Alick Nkhata Road, Mass Media P O Box 51449, Lusaka, Zambia.

The Closing date for this bid is 31 July 2026 at 3:00 pm (Lusaka – Zambia local time). It is the responsibility of the Bidders to ensure that the bids reach the Bank’s office on time, and proof of timely mailing of the bid documents will not be considered by the Bank as evidence of timely submission.
