Establishment of Concession Coffee Shop at UNSMIL Office in Tunis, Tunisia

Item Description:

The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) intends to establish and operate a concession coffee shop within its office premises in the UNSMIL Office located at Residence Mediterranean, Avenue de la Bourse, Aux Berges Du Lac 2, 1053 Tunis, Tunisia, to provide refreshments and light meals to approximately seventy-six (76) personnel and authorized visitors during working hours.

The coffee shop should provide quality food and beverage services in compliance with applicable hygiene, health, safety, and environmental standards. The objective of this requirement is to engage a qualified contractor to establish, manage, and operate a coffee shop service at the UNSMIL office in Tunis (address mentioned above), ensuring timely, hygienic, safe, and professional catering services for staff members.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, consumables, supplies, licenses, permits, and management necessary for the operation of the coffee shop.

The services shall include, but not be limited to:

1 Beverage Services

Provision of hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages, including:

• Coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, American coffee, etc.)
• Tea and herbal infusions
• Hot chocolate
• Bottled water
• Fresh juices
• Soft drinks
• Other non-alcoholic beverages

2 Food Services

Provision of fresh and properly prepared light meals, including:

• Sandwiches
• Wraps
• Pastries and bakery items
• Salads (eventually and upon request)
• Snacks and similar light food items

The Contractor shall ensure that food items are fresh, properly stored, and prepared daily.
