Item Description:

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), is seeking a service provider located in Moscow with the capacity to provide the following: – Planning, coordinating and implementing an extensive training programme on Human Rights in Russian language, with special focus on the promotion and protection of indigenous rights; – Capacity to deliver sessions on the UN system, international human rights instruments and mechanisms, including those related to indigenous issues; – Capacity to produce training material and documentation; – Capacity to provide conference rooms with computers, printers and stationary for the participants; – Availability of accommodation for approximately 7 participants; – Capacity to organize travels of participants and render any assistance which may be required hereto; The 2017 event “Indigenous Fellowship Programme” in Moscow is due to take place from 22 May to 16 June 2017. This training programme may be recurring on an annual basis.
