    The United Nations Integrated Peace-Building Office in Guinea – Bissau (UNIOGBIS) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Cafeteria Food Services. The requirement is to engage the service of Interested and reputable Restaurants / Hotels / Catering services providers with technical knowledge, facilities, resources, equipment, qualified personnel/manpower, sound financial standing and duly registered and licensed for the provision of CAFETERIA FOOD SERVICES. The technical specifications of the services required will be specified in the Request For Proposal (RFP). Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by courier, hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. 1. The EOI must include as a minimum, the following documentation/information: a. Brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience in delivering similar services. b. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail), etc. IMPORTANT NOTICE: 2. This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNIOGBIS reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the submission deadline; change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process, or select invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of capability in delivering similar services. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 3. The EOI, clearly marked “Provision of CAFETERIA FOOD SERVICES to UNIOGBIS ” must be received by UNIOGBIS no later than Wednesday 25 January 2017, via email to munsiku@un.org, berthez@un.org or sow1@un.org, courier or hand-delivery to the following address: UNITED NATIONS INTEGRATED PEACE-BUILDING OFFICE in GUINEA-BISSAU (UNIOGBIS) Attn: Chief Procurement Officer PROCUREMENT SECTION- UNIOGBIS HEADQUARTERS BAIRRO PENHA BISSAU, CP 222 , BISSAU, GUINEA BISSAU 4. The United Nations considers a firm’s qualifications and experience in the particular commodity/service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Thus, submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Due to the high volume of communications, UNIOGBIS is not in a position to issue confirmation of receipt of EOIs.
