Item Description:

Save the Children invites your submission of tender to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. Save the Children intends to issue a contract for the following goods/services: Cash Transfer services (1 year)

We include the following information for your review:

• Part1: Tender Information
• Part2: Conditions of Tendering
• Part3: Terms and Conditions of Purchase (which will be signed by the successful Bidder)
• Part4: Save the Children’s Child Safeguarding Policy
• Part5: Save the Children’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
• Part6: The IAPG Code of Conduct

Your submission must be received in the following format:

Full completion of the “Tender Response” document (Sections 1-3) including copies of

1. Certificate of incorporation, including renewal stamp valid for 2016-2017
2. TaxID certificate and up-to-date certificate of tax payment,
3. Audited financial accounts for 2016 and 2015
4. Copy of insurance agreement (if applicable)
5. Current bank statement
6. Brief Company history

and have no other details relating to the bid. If your bid does not comply with the above requirements, it may be disqualified.

Your return tender must be received at the address below not later than 26^th June 2017  (“the Closing Date”). Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the Closing Date. Save the Children is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder. Bidders must bear all costs related to tender preparation/submission.
