Description of General Requirements: The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for the Provision of ID supplies including but not limited to lanyard, color ribbons, ID card lamination rolls, printer heads, cleaning kits to be used with Fargo printers DTC5500LMX, DTC4500e in UNMISS – South Sudan. Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: i. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. (Mandatory – see no. 2 below) ii. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.); iii. Vendors must be registered at Level 1 in order to participate in this solicitation exercise. 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: http://www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the goods required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.).
