Hotels and Conference Services for UNHQ in New York

The United Nations is seeking conference services from Hotels and Conference facility providers for various UN events (Training Programs, Workshops, Retreats…) in NEW YORK CITY, including, but not limited to:

• Accommodation
• A venue for seminars, conferences, meetings and trainings;
• Equipment (LCD projector, Screen, laptop, PC, flipchart etc.) for conference venues; – Catering services (Meals and Refreshments);
• Transportation services;
• Interpretation arrangements including equipment;
• Any other related services.

The services shall be categorized into two groups: (1) Standard conference services in New York City, preferably Manhattan, and (2) Comprehensive package for conference and event management facilities in the neighborhood of New York City including transportation services (convention centers, big conference centers with lodging ..etc.).

The UN is looking for a long term agreement with a 5 years contract. The UN conducts hundreds of events every year.

Vendors expressing interest must be registered, or registered in response to this request (at least at Basic level), with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) so that they can be issued the invitation to bid shortly.
