Supply of waste containers

Item Description:

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD or the Bank) website, Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com) on May 3, 2017.

The Municipal Enterprise ‘Osh Tazalyk’ of the City of Osh hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Bank, a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) and a grant for European Union Infrastructure Facility for Central Asia (EU IFCA) towards the cost of Osh Solid Waste Project.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following Contracts to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loans and the grant:

• Lot 1 – Supply of 1,136 units of metallic waste containers with a round lid, 1100 litre capacity each container
• Lot 2 –  Supply of 32 units of metallic removable skip containers of 8 m³ capacity each for collection of bulky waste and construction debris

Tenders are invited for one or more lots.  Each lot must be priced separately.  Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.
