The Inter-American Development Bank (“Bank”) is owned by its 48 member countries with headquarters in Washington, D.C. and Country Offices in each member country of Latin America and the Caribbean and special offices for Europe and Asia. The Bank provides loans, technical assistance and policy guidance to further its goals of poverty reduction and sustainable development in the Latin American and Caribbean regions. The Bank hereby issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit offers (“Proposals”) from qualified information technology firms (“Offerors”) who have the requisite qualifications, capabilities, experience, skills and resources to perform a variety of information technology services (“Services”) for the Bank as a third party services provider as detailed in the Terms of Reference attached hereto as Annex A.

The Bank intends to award one or several multi-year Master Services Agreements (“MSA”) to one or several successful Offerors. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the Bank’s requirements to enable them to respond.
