    Item Description:

    The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the Provision of services to GE SitePro UPS at its premises in Juba the Republic of South Sudan.

    Description of General requirements:

    1. Supply, installation and commissioning of 3-Phase SNMP / Web-plug in adapter for GE SitePro 40 kVA UPS to enable online monitoring of the UPS system.
    2. Conduct an “after three years” preventive maintenance by GE authorized service provider with trained manpower to undertake the above tasks.
    3. Supply preventive maintenance spare parts (hardware)

    Conditions

    Interested vendors are invited to submit their EOI by courier, email or hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

    1. As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested service providers are required to be fully registered as a supplier of the required services in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org.
    2. Proof that the vendor is registered in UNGM as a supplier of the items under UN Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) 72101517 – Portable generator maintenance and or repair service.
    3. Vendors who are not registered in the UNGM will not be invited to participate in the ensuing solicitation process

    The EOI, clearly marked ” Installation of SNMP Cards and Maintenance Services to GE SitePro 40 KVA UPS for the United Nations Mission in South Sudan ” must be received by UNMISS no later than Monday 14 October 2019 at 16:00 hours local time in the Republic of South Sudan (GMT or UTC +3), via email to tewodrosk@un.org with hilowle@un.org in copy. The EOI may also be delivered via courier or hand delivery to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan – UNMISS, Procurement Section, Room 3C-02, UNMISS Logistics Base in Tomping, Near Juba International Airport, Juba, Republic of South Sudan, Attention: Tewodros kebede
