Electricity power supply for the Global Health Campus

The Global Fund to Fight for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Hereinafter referred to as “The Global Fund”), located at Chemin du Pommier, 40, 1218 Le grand-Saconnex, Switzerland, is pleased to invite you to submit a quotation concerning the supply of electricity for the period from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2023.

It is our intention to select a company to establish a three-year contract, with renewal options, based on an estimated overall annual consumption of 2’329’051.00 kWh.

It is understood that the transport of electricity is carried out by the Services industriels de Genève (SIG), in the framework of a monopoly, and that these services are therefore not part of the framework of this request for proposal.

The cost proposal shall be based on electricity prices according to the EEX energy market (‘European Energy Exchange AG’), including certificates of origin, and shall be valid for a period of 24 hours, starting from the closing dates and times for submission of tenders communicated in the invitation to tender.
