Supply and installation upgrade of HV and LV distribution networks under grid intensification for communities in western, central, eastern regions and VRA resettlement areas

• Detailed design & manufacture of goods and equipment required for work as per Technical Specifications.
• Arrangement for inspection, testing, packing for export, shipment, insurance, unloading,
• delivery to site,
• Detailed survey and preparation of Engineering Drawings for the work to be executed and acquisition of ECG approval.
• Installation, finishing, site testing as per HV Construction drawings.
• Warranty for a period of twelve (12) months of the Plant supplied and works executed.

The time for completion of all the facilities will be Fifteen (15) Months from the contract effective date.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the African Development Banks PROCUREMENT POLICY FRAMEWORK FOR BANK GROUP FUNDED OPERATIONS – October 2015 and is opened to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
