Request for Proposal to establish Long Term Arrangement for Cloud Services

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in New Delhi, India wishes to enter into a non-exclusive Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Pre-bid meeting / Conference:

A pre-bid meeting will be held in CB Room, 73 Lodhi Estate, New Delhi – 110003 as per date and time mentioned below.  Bidders are encouraged to seek clarifications during the pre-bid meeting and all queries will be addressed at this meeting.

Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:

The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 28 September, 2018 Friday – 1200 HRS.

Proposer will submit the proposals electronically at ind.bids@unicef.org in the following manner:

• Technical Proposal file clearly named as “Technical Proposal- RFP-S&P-2018-071-9142638”
• Financial Proposal file clearly named as “Financial Proposal- RFP-S&P-2018-071-9142638”
• Services Form to be signed and sent along with the Technical Proposal for acceptance of GTCs.
