The overall objective of this technical assistance is to provide the necessary support and capacity building to the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) in order to make use of and on-lend the funding from the Natural Capital Financing Facility (NCFF). The service provider will also support potential final beneficiaries in the development of their projects with the objective to support projects, which invest in the promotion of natural capital, particularly in Croatia.
