Item Description:
The European Commission, Informatics (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of services for the Call Centre (INFOTEL) of the European Commission (incoming calls, outgoing calls, requests for information – calls and e-mails, transmission of faxes and e-mail addresses).
The services that are the subject of this call for tender, the specific requirements concerning their performance as well as the minimum service levels required and the applicable liquidated damages in case of their non-fulfilment are described in detail in the Service Requirements and Service Level Agreement (Annexes 8 and 9 to this document of the Tender Specifications).
Variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the Tender Specifications) are not allowed. The contracting authority will disregard any variants described in a tender.
The services will be performed at the contractor’s premises, in a range of maximum 30 km around contracting authority’s premises in Brussels (Belgium) or Luxembourg (Luxembourg). More detailed information on the place(s) of delivery is included in the document Service Requirements (Annex 8 to this document).
