Supply and Delivery of Air Conditioner Units including after sales support to UNFICYP

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of the following various types and capacities of Air Conditioner Units. Depending on the outcome of the exercise, UNFICYP may award one or multiple Purchase Orders as deemed appropriate.

(i)  Air Conditioner Units, Split Type, 9,000 BTU, Qty: 60

(ii)  Air Conditioner Units, Split Type, 12,000 BTU, Qty: 70

(iii) Air Conditioner Units, Split Type, 18,000 BTU, Qty: 95

(iv) Air Conditioner Units, Split Type, 24,000 BTU, Qty: 35

(iv) Air Conditioner Units, Mobile Type, 14,000 BTU, Qty: 20

All Air Conditioner Units must be operable with electrical characteristics of 230V/240V/50H and shall be delivered on the basis of Delivered at Place (DAP) – UNFICYP HQ, Nicosia, Cyprus (Incoterms 2010). Partial deliveries are not acceptable by UNFICYP.

A minimum of 3-year warranty for indoor and outdoor unit together and mobile unit with service support for parts and labour is required. All EOI respondents shall confirm if they are manufacturer or distributor or supplier of Air Conditioner Units and if they can support after sales service in the Republic of Cyprus, during the warranty period.

In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise.
