Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) intends to establish a long-term contract for the supply and delivery of Adjustable Desks on an “as and when required” basis.
The Contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with the ole option of the UNGSC to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional period of one (1) year each.
Maximum contract duration: five (5) years.
The Adjustable Desks required by the UNGSC includes the following two Categories:
- Category I – Adjustable Desk Converters, and relevant spare parts
- Category II – Adjustable Sit Stand Desks, and relevant spare parts
All the offered products must conform to the applicable ANSI/BIFMA standards or Equivalent.
Delivery Location: the products are for delivery to the UNGSC Headquarters located in Brindisi (Italy), and the United Nations Information and Communication Technology Facility (UNICTF) in Valencia (Spain).
Delivery Terms:
- Delivery at Place, UNGSC, Brindisi (Italy) – DAP, Incoterms 2010
- Delivery at Place, UNCTF, Valencia (Spain) – DAP, Incoterms 2010
Maximum delivery period: Twenty-eight (28) working days upon receipt of Purchase Order from UNGSC. Warranty Period: minimum two (2) year warranty from the date of acceptance by the UNGSC.
Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage following the closing date for this EOI.
