Consulting Services Review of Asset Liability Management Approach

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to enter into an agreement with the Offeror providing the overall best value to the Bank to assist in reviewing its Asset Liability Management practices and processes with emphasis on strengthening risk management’s 1st line of defense, as detailed in the Terms of Reference attached hereto as Annex A. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the Bank’s requirements to enable them to respond.

Listed below is the schedule for activities related to this RFP. The following schedule reflects the expected completion dates, which may be modified by the Bank at any time at its sole discretion.

• Issuance of the RFP – September 26, 2018
• Final Day to Submit Questions – October 5, 2018
• Proposal Due Date – October 17, 2018
• Expected Contract Start Date – Week of October -November, 2018
