International Contractor(s) for an Employer module on skill needs linked to the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competences (PIAAC)

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or more international contractors for the development and management of an employer module on skill gaps to be added to existing employer surveys in interested member countries or to be developed as a stand-alone survey.

Two information sessions will be held for potential tenderers in Paris on Tuesday, 16 October 2018 at 9:30-11am and 5-6:30pm, Paris time. At this session, representatives from the OECD Secretariat will present details of the project and outline the specific requirements for the employer module tender. Interested bidders have the possibility to participate remotely to this information session. Intention to attend the session should be communicated to Katerina Kodlova (katerina.kodlova@oecd.org) by Monday 15 October, 9 am (Paris time), together with the name and e-mail addresses of the participants.

The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Wednesday 14th November 2018, 14h00 (Paris time)

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
