Calculation of US tax reimbursement

Item Description:

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

Mandatory qualifications: at least 5 years proven experience in UN salaries and entitlements structure, last income and first income calculations.

Consulting services: Tax reimbursement and advance calculation: the contractor shall process US tax reimbursement for federal and state/local income taxes submitted by UNESCO staff members according to US fiscal law. Two calculations shall be provided: last and first income. Prepare a report (invoice) in a specific format. Reply to queries from staff members and give general information on reimbursement issues. Provide, if requested, annual visit/briefing and a website page on US tax changes.
